The Importance of Accessibility

While the vast majority of us can enjoy the web effortlessly, there are many people who are unable to view the web through a standard web browser. This can often be the result of a visual impairment or other disability.

We’ve done our very best to make sure this website and any other websites we make are as easy as possible for everybody and anybody to use. While this has clear advantages for many disabled users this also has a huge positive effect on the quality and longevity of our client’s websites.

Standards Compliance

This website, and all others we make have been written XHTML 1.1 Strict for structure and CSS3 for presentation, which means they should be usable on all web browsers that support those standards.

Some older browsers such as Internet Explorer 6 do not fully support these standards. People still using these browsers will still be able to navigate our websites, however, the content may have to be displayed in a simpler form.

Last but not least, all of our websites are designed to meet “AAA” level of compliance with the WAI Accessibility Guidelines.
